Health Policy
Every kitten we raise is healthy, tested, and loved. Here's our full commitment to your kitten's wellbeing.
Veterinary Health Guarantee
All our Maine Coon kittens come with a written health guarantee. Each kitten is examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to going home. We guarantee that every kitten is free from contagious illness at the time of sale. Should a licensed veterinarian diagnose a life-threatening congenital condition within 72 hours of pickup or delivery, we will offer a replacement kitten of equal value or a partial refund, subject to our terms.
Vaccinations & Deworming
Every kitten receives age-appropriate vaccinations before leaving our cattery. Kittens are vaccinated against FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia). All kittens are dewormed multiple times starting at 3 weeks of age. A full vaccination record is provided with each kitten so your vet can continue the schedule seamlessly.
Genetic Testing
Our breeding cats are tested for HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy), PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease), and SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy). We only breed from cats with clear genetic test results to minimize the risk of hereditary disease in our kittens. Copies of parent genetic test results are available upon request.
FIV & FeLV Testing
All adult breeding cats in our cattery are regularly tested for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) and FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus). Our cattery maintains a closed, controlled environment to prevent exposure to these diseases. Kittens are raised in a clean, safe, and loving home environment.
Socialization & Environment
Our kittens are raised underfoot in our home, surrounded by family, children, and other pets. This early socialization ensures they grow into confident, affectionate, and well-adjusted companions. Kittens are exposed to everyday household sounds, handling, and gentle play from birth.
Health Records Provided
Each kitten leaves with a complete health packet including: veterinary health certificate, vaccination records, deworming history, microchip information (if applicable), feeding schedule, and care instructions. We are always available after adoption to answer any health-related questions.
