Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit secures your kitten and removes them from our available listings.

72-Hour Health Window

Any health concerns must be reported within 72 hours of arrival with a licensed vet report to be considered under our guarantee.

Replacement Option

In eligible cases, we offer a replacement kitten of equal value rather than a cash refund.

Contract Required

All sales are governed by our signed sales contract. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.

Full Refund Policy

1. Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten. This deposit is applied toward the total purchase price. By paying the deposit, you agree to the terms of our sales contract. The deposit is forfeited if you cancel for any reason.

2. Health Guarantee

We guarantee each kitten is healthy at the time of sale. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-threatening congenital condition within 72 hours of the kitten's arrival, we require written documentation from the vet. We will then offer a replacement kitten of equal value. Cash refunds are not provided for health-related claims.

3. Cancellation After Full Payment

If you cancel after paying the full balance, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance may be partially refunded at our discretion, depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled delivery date.

4. Delivery Issues

We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event of a delivery issue caused by our error, we will work with you to find a fair resolution. Issues caused by incorrect information provided by the buyer (wrong address, unavailability, etc.) are not our responsibility.

5. No Returns

We do not accept returns of kittens. All sales are final once the kitten has been delivered and accepted. If you are unable to keep your kitten, please contact us — we may be able to assist in rehoming.
